CGS Fabrication expands machine capability in Webster NY. CGS Fabrication recently added 3 new pieces of Haas CNC equipment to its current machine line up.

The two new Haas VM (Vertical Mold) CNC mills will enhance the precision tooling side of the business offering the ability to machine extremely tight tolerance work with high performance machine finishes. These machines feature lights out machining and enhanced cooling to maintain tool life.

Along with the new VM’s we have added a Haas EC400 horizontal machining center to efficiently run larger volume runs that need to meet the toughest of standards. This machine features a twin tombstone with external loading, as well as, having a capacity to hold 96 tooling for processing.

CGS Fabrication Malaysia is Expanding

CGS Fabrication expands machine capability in Malaysia. CGS Fabrication recently added 2 new pieces of SMTCL CNC equipment to its current machine line up.

The two new SMTCL Vertical mills are a welcome addition to the full line up of milling, turning and grinding equipment in the Malaysia 50,000 square foot shop. This equipment features flexible tooling for quick set ups between jobs and high pressure through the spindle coolant for rapid and accurate chip removal.

CGS Malaysia specialized in high mix / low volume tooling and fabrication manufacturing. The quality systems in place perform 100% inspection on all pieces that pass through the shop.
